Starter (choice of)

Tomato bisque, brioche crouton

BLT deviled eggs, peppercorn aioli

Buffalo cauliflower, house-made ranch dressing, organic carrots and celery


Entrée (choice of)

Ahi tuna poke salad, romaine, iceberg, snap peas, ginger vinaigrette

10 oz. Prime rib of beef* natural jus, horseradish cream, mashed potatoes, asparagus

Maple glazed salmon* grilled asparagus, Yukon gold potatoes

Wild Mushroom Bolognese, roasted wild mushrooms, rigatoni, parmesan, micro basil


Dessert (choice of)

Chocolate peanut butter pie, pretzel crust, vanilla whipped cream

Lemon tart, shortbread crust, blueberry compote
