KALE & APPLE SALAD - honey crisp apple, arugula, white cheddar, honey pecans, market vinaigrette

TOMATO BISQUE - parmesan brioche crouton, basil

BLT DEVILED EGGS - peppered bacon, peppercorn aioli

ACT II (choice of)

10 oz. PRIME RIB OF BEEF - natural jus, horseradish cream, mashed potatoes, asparagus

WILD MUSHROOM BOLOGNESE - roasted wild mushroom, rigatoni, parmesan, micro basil

MAPLE GLAZED SALMON - grilled asparagus, yukon gold potatoes
